 What is SORONA®?

SORONA® is an innovative insulation fibre used in jackets, vests and other insulated outerwear. The fibre is partially made from plant-based raw materials, making it an interesting alternative to traditional synthetic insulation.

SORONA® is lightweight and provides effective thermal insulation without feeling heavy or bulky. The fibres are soft, elastic and shape-retaining, helping garments maintain their loft and fit – even after repeated use and washing.

The material dries quickly and helps maintain its insulating properties in damp conditions. The partial use of plant-based raw materials also helps reduce the need for fossil-based raw materials compared with traditional polyester fibres.
